A LITTLE ABOUT US

Bonnie’s Story

Bonnie Roche was born in Saigon and grew up in Alton, NH spending much of her early childhood in Texas and the Canary Islands. She studied and worked in New Hampshire before moving to Michigan, where she focused on raising 2 kids (Mai and Takoda) and building her career and friend-family network. She loves to explore new ideas about the world around her and talk to people of all ages about what makes them who they are. She also enjoys traveling and seeing what makes us so different and yet so very much the same.

Andre’s Story

Andre was born in Dortmund, Germany, and lived there until his early 20s. After completing his military service and schooling he spent time in Australia,
Brazil, visited family in Canada, and then started his career. He has called Michigan home for 30 years, raising his children (Annika, Thies, Thimo) and wooing clients as he traveled around the world. Creating memories with his kids, family, and friends is his priority in life, which keeps him moving to new places again, and again, and again, and again.

Our Story

We met in 2013, at a dinner party with our friends Mike Dadas and Carrie Symonds. We were engaged in September 2017, after a bike ride along some crazy trails (the story is too long to tell here), and now we're getting married! After this celebration with friends and family, we look forward to exploring the world in a Winnebego (kidding — camper of Andre’s choosing) visiting our friends, meeting new friends, and making more memories together.
